Access to the Service
Using the service requires the processing of customer’s personal data, including (name, phone number, email, address, etc.). The data will be processed by (Bit Brain Invest Sp.z o.o. Tax ID 9512482490) to the extent necessary to conclude and perform the contract. Transactional data, including personal data, may be transferred to PayLane Sp. z o.o. based in Gdańsk at ul. Norwida 4, postal code: 80–280, KRS: 0000227278, to the extent necessary to process payments for the order. The customer has the right to access their data and correct it. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the service.
To gain full access to the content and products on the Website, it is advisable for the user to register by completing the registration form. Registration will facilitate the user’s access to additional services provided electronically. The form includes several categories, including personal data allowing the identification of the user to fulfill online orders and deliver products to the specified address. It is mandatory to fill in only certain parts related to ordering products online. In order to provide certain electronic services to users of the Service, we may collect consents to send newsletters electronically and process users’ personal data to distribute current information and commercial offers from the store.
Data Collection
In accordance with the practice of most websites, we store HTTP queries directed to our server. Viewed resources are identified by URL addresses. The list of information stored in WWW server log files is as follows:

– the username given during the authentication process;

To ensure the highest quality of service, we occasionally analyze log files to determine which pages are visited most frequently, which web browsers are used, whether the website structure contains errors, etc.
Data Usage
The collected logs are stored as auxiliary material for administering and properly managing the Service. The information contained therein is not disclosed to anyone other than persons authorized to administer the server and information system. Based on log files, statistics may be generated to assist in administration. Aggregate summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any identifying characteristics of persons visiting the Service.

– providing services in the field of correspondence and parcel delivery, IT, accounting, financial, and tax.

Personal data is processed for the period necessary to achieve specific processing purposes, i.e.:
– until the order is fulfilled and delivered,
– to fulfill the entrepreneur’s tax, accounting, and financial obligations,
– for contact via email or social media (Facebook, Instagram).
The customer has the right to access their personal data, correct it, restrict its processing, and delete it. The customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data if it is believed that the processing of their data violates GDPR.
Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, however, it is necessary to fulfill the order and deliver the ordered goods to the specified address.
The data is not subject to profiling.
The collection of personal data of users is treated as a database, stored on a secure server, in a special security zone, ensuring proper protection. Only authorized administrators have full access to the database. Furthermore, the protection of personal data during their transmission is ensured by an appropriate security protocol (SSL). Moreover, as the administrator of personal data collected through the Service, we may, by means of a contract, entrust the processing of such data to other entities.
When processing personal data, Mozsar Invesment s.r.o. pays special attention to ensuring that this data is protected against unauthorized access. The exercise of the right to access personal data, their correction, cessation of processing, and request for deletion from the website system is carried out by sending a relevant request by email to the administrator of personal data – Mozsar Invesment s.r.o. – along with the name of the user making such a request.
